Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if it meets the conditions below.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately at glow@daysofbeauty.in if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return for damages or wrong items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sunscreen that has been opened or used, unless it was defective upon arrival.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale, unless they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect item.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at glow@daysofbeauty.in with your order number and a photo of the issue (if damaged or wrong). If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
